Contacted them to purchase a car on a Sunday evening, that is commitment! They were very accommodating, professional and had all the paper work ready, happy to answer questions. The car was as described and fair when negotiating the price. Cant ask for anything more, Would recommend.
Avoid like the plague. Bought a car with a glowing description, however it arrived of unsatisfactory quality and not as described. Having to take legal action to try and get a sensible response. Would have much preferred to leave a zero star review.
Unresponsive and unprofessional dealer, after you purchase your vehicle don't expect them to help you at all with anything. If you need any help or any advice, those guys will just ignore you and your calls with a bunch of excuses.

I had a pleasant experience with my purchase from Cherry Orchard Chariots, and a fair and honest deal. Their attitude was helpful and polite, and I would thoroughly recommend them.
I had some concerns about the part exchange but when saw what cars they were offering I though they sell quality cars how ever I was completely wrong... Bring a mechanic when buying cars from them or avoid them... I have part exchanged my car for an Audi s3 2008 which had nothing but problems... I was unaware of the following problems when gave my car keys for the s3... the car had a leaking rocker cover gasket, has a misfire across all four cylinders which was not due to bad plugs or coilpacks problem still exists, it consumes oil, the passanger door opens when ever it wants, the fuel tank is always opened doesnt matter that the car itself is locked, the heating works the same way as the p/door... I hope I am the only one with such car from them how ever I will absolutely not visit them again in the future...
