Just picked up a BMW 123d today. Watkins Car Sales were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Vehicle has a fresh MOT, they serviced it, and replaced the rear brake pads, after I’d made the deal. Very professional. I would certainly buy from them again. Thank you.

I bought a car from this company a couple of months ago and soon after started having some problem with it. On contacting the company, I was asked to bring the car back so they can check what’s the problem. John and Anthony worked to their level best to fix the problem but when they said that it will take some time to get to the bottom of “what actually is causing the problem”, I was left with no option but to return the car or swap with some other car. John been absolutely an amazing man when it comes to customer satisfaction, he asked me to select any other car which I did and drove back home. My new car is running absolutely fine but what is more important is that peace of mind that I know if anything goes wrong, John and his team is there who can help me out. I can’t recommend them anymore. All I would say is that I won’t go to any other car dealer. I just found the best one in the area. Thanks John and Anthony for amazing service. Waqas Muazam

As previous person said appalling customer service and rude! Ended up in an argument on second or third occasion with myself with guy who accused me of wasting his time when in fact they'd wasted mine by being awkward and having the cheek to simply tell me they're not doing the job!. It was a misunderstanding and they'd shot themselves in the foot basically with their stroppy attitude. Either they don't know how to communicate with customers or they don't have the level of skill needed for certain jobs on vehicles. Either way a bloody let down!
