She arranged a loan car for me, which made the whole experience so much easier, and she kept me updated throughout every stage of the service. I never had to chase for information because she was always proactive in keeping me informed.nnOne thing that really stood out to me was how refreshing it was to be greeted by two women on the front desk in the service department. As a female customer, it genuinely made me feel more at ease and comfortable leaving my car in their hands. The atmosphere felt welcoming, trustworthy and professional from start to finish.nnIn the end, my bill was more expensive than I’d hoped, but the team took the time to explain everything clearly, and I was offered the option to spread the cost over six months. Having recently been made redundant, that flexibility made a huge difference and really took the pressure off.nnThank you to Natalia and the whole team at Citygate Kia Slough for turning what I expected to be a stressful experience into such a positive one. Great customer service, excellent communication and genuine care for the customer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I would like to share my experience with purchasing a Kia Sorento. I highly recommend Mr. Daniel Cattanach from the bottom of my heart.nIn September 2024, we found the car on a website. After contacting the seller, Mr. Daniel Cattanach, we were pleasantly surprised when he offered to bring the car to our home so we could view it comfortably. The vehicle was in excellent condition, so we decided to go ahead with the purchase.nAll the paperwork and formalities were completed at our home, which made the whole process very convenient. Just three days later, we collected the car.nWhat impressed us even more was Mr. Daniel’s professionalism and kindness. He always responded quickly to my emails and continued to check in on us and the car, even though it was no longer part of his обязанności.
