Came here because my iPhone 7 had stopped working. They examined it for 2 minutes, one insisting it was bent. They had it less than 10 minutes before ringing me to say it wasn’t covered under warranty & would be £300+ to fix it despite it been 2 months old. Took it to the Apple store in Meadowhall 2 days later where they carried out tests & had the phone for over 2 hours. Was told it was a fault within the phone and was given a brand new phone. Wouldn’t use these again.

Spoke to them on the telephone about non charging iPhone 6. The advice they gave over the telephone was spot on and now phone is charging perfectly. Would recommed
