BEWARE WHEN LEAVING PHONE OR GADGET TO SELL! I was told to leave item and come back in 30 mins. so they can test my phone. I left a good working mobile phone with no scratch on it. and when I returned they said that it's not working properly. SCAMMERS!! My phone has no scratch on it and the phone they gave me back had a dent on top.. I complained. but all they can say is sorry.. we can't do anything about it. FYI .. whilst they were getting details of my phone, me and my son noticed they were holding another phone similar to mine which one staff said... is this not working to another staff.. FUMING!!!

Just been in the store and was served by Lewis who was so helpful and patient. (I know very little about games consoles) he was so polite and did not attempt to rush through anything, even though they were quite busy. The manager also came to advise and was also great. They both went above and beyond and they should both be very proud. Thank you and would recommend

everything is over priced. how they get away with it is beyond me.Grainger down stairs would be your best bet.alot cheaper and friendly staff.
