Could not have been happier with the service from Knutsford IT when they recently repaired a broken screen on my daughters mobile. Friendly, quick and well priced. They also replaced a screen on my wife's Surface laptop and managed to salvage parts that we feared were broken. It's great to have such a useful independent repair shop and kit store in the town. Excellent work.

I feel like the reviews need to be updated a bit. I had a broken monitor for my laptop on the Sunday afternoon and I was not in the most stable state of mind. However I sent an email to these guys and the responded later that Sunday night. I took it in on Monday morning and had a fairly quick quote from them which I thought was correct. On the Wednesday I was getting a bit worried, phoned them and they said it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. 20 minutes later the said I could pick it up. I was a little skeptical but I went and sure enough my laptop was fixed and I was pleased with the result. On a side note I know a fair bit about computers which definitely help so my experience was relatively pain free. Although I hope they are able to help anyone in the Knutsford area as This service is in short supply.
Excellent service from Mike and Paul. Went out of their way to help keep my IT system going whilst waiting for a new piece of kit, and came again to the rescue when I couldn't get it to work. When we are so reliant on IT to keep our business running, thats just the sort of service we need. Thank you.
