A proper hardware store, most household items you need will be here somewhere. Service is good so ask any questions you have and they are more than happy to help. Obviously as an independent prices are a bit higher but great value for those one-offs you need today!

I bought £37 of various stuff (at round 50% more than b&q)  my card. I forgot sandpaper so went back for 2 sheets @ 80p. Wouldn't let me pay on card as the minimum is £2.99.  as a previous reviewer mentioned the manager was rude. I will not go back ever.

Lots of DIY home improvement items. I'd you need something for doing a bit of work around the house there's a good chance they'll have it. Staff willing to help you find something if you get a bit confused
