I returned a bracelet today which was slightly damaged, however didn’t have the electronic receipt as the gentleman who served me the night before, omitted to give me one. The assistant insisted that I should have one, and actually said, it looks like you have bought this a while ago ie it looks worn!? I asked her if she was accusing me of being dishonest, she did not even answer me let alone apologise! I was only asking for an exchange, but felt as if I was being treated like a criminal!!!! Fortunately I later spoke to the man who I presume owns the shop, of course he remembered me and gave me an exchange, and was helpful . The girl however, who fortunately I never seen in the shop before, is arrogant, extremely rude, tackless, and is completely devoid of customer service skills, in an otherwise a very nice shop. Would I employ her a definite NO!!!!!!

I discovered The Edit when visiting Knutsford couple of months ago. A great selection of stylish clothes. Bought at the time two pieces which soon became my favourites and each time I wear either they are commented and complemented. Just discovered that they now have a website and shop in Didsbury too so I am going to pay another visit and likely to became regular there :-).

Fabulous boutique !!! Highly recommend a visit, beautiful , stylish range of clothing and accessories and the customer service recieved is above and beyond expectations ! :-)
