Ordered a pair of jeans online on Wednesday delivered on Friday
Lied about posting and delivery. No goods received. Steer clear. I asked where my item was after 10 days of ordering. Very blunt reply. No skills in customer service. It’s a bit strange I’ve had no Royal Mail card. It’s a bit strange my Royal Mail sorting office say they have no parcel for me. The Royal Mail tracking page doesn’t recognise the track number you’ve given me ??? Pls explain and refund.
So helpful and friendly staff clothes are lovely and reasonably priced
Dion & Tracy may know i do not do any social media but their family ethic of all working for each other is inspiring. I have had the best jeans in the world from them 3 prs of Toxic. In last 3 weeks, including today had 3 dresses, and when i dither they give a frank assesment of my best choice. They are spot on as it is when you then go out friends admire you clothes. So as an old bird, i love Dion's mum .Thankyou. Many come and go in Knuts but you lovely girls have loyal clients and are lovely people to deal with. Jill Evans
