Great day out at a reasonable price. Our kids are young so it was great that they were able to go on all of the rides, as this isn't usually the case. Not sure if the theme park area would be worth paying extra for if your kids are older though. We had a great day though!

Lovely visit at Knowsley Safari, the baboons being the most amazing experience. Careful! they are quite aggressive ( we had to fix the number plate and screen wiper after our visit) but we were warned both by staff and with signs about entering their perimeter on our own responsibility. Nevertheless, TOTALLY WORTH IT!! Many thanks

Had a great day driving around and getting some nice photos of the animals. Didn't risk my mobility car in the baboon enclosure, watched from outside as the little monkeys rode a number of cars. The elephant 🐘 s are no longer there as they have been shipped out to France 🇫🇷. They are building a new walk around facility which includes a wolf 🐺 enclosure. The sea lion and raptor displays were great. The rides ect, area, was smaller than we expected. The toilets 🚻 were very clean and the staff pleasant. Book in advance if you are going as you will save quite a few pounds for a family of 4. If you are disabled order one adult ticket and make sure you take proof of disability entitlement. We showed my blue badge and they were happy with that. Once you are in you can do the circuit of approx 5 miles as many times as you like. I hope you enjoy your visit. Michael. 😎

Our second time visiting, but certainly not as good as first. The safari drive was disappointing if I'm being honest, not many animals around. Lion enclosure had like 1 lion, rest had been moved. Baboon enclosure total chaos with gridlocked traffic furthering damage to cars (luckily not ours). Otherwise sparse wasteland with a few deer and moose. And this on a beautiful sunny day with record temperatures. On foot safari not much better, elephants were in France, 1 giraffe? Again generally quite sparse. The highlight for me was the pack of dogs gnawing at the raw corpse (that is safari!). We couldn't totally enjoy the bird of prey shows as we had a pram with baby and had to stand at back (understandable). Then they want £10 on top to use the kiddie rides (whilst good value on its own) I think it's a bit cheeky when you are already forking out close to £50 for the safari for a family of 4. Didn't eat at the restaurant but prices looked reasonable, subsidised even. I may add to this review later but generally I was quite underwhelmed.

What an amazing experience! By far one of the best days out we have ever had and my two year old loved it. There are many more great things to do once you have completed the drive through safari such as the sea lion show, bat cave, fair ground and play areas. Definitely recommend.
