We go here to watch the fireworks every year. It's amazing. There's a fun fair, lots of food stands, lights and fun things being sold for kids and obviously the bit event. Brilliant for all the family.

Perfect place for kids to relax. With facilities to enable you have some fun exercise. Ice cream vans available in sunny weather....takes everyone into a holiday mood.

Large park, great for walking, running or cycling. Has both open grassy areas and woods with well maintained pathways and trails. Children's playground, small lake, formal gardens, golf course, driving range and sports pitches. Also has a large car park close to the playground

Fantastic place to take children. Playground area has equipment suitable for younger and older children. Lots of open spaces for children to run around and play anything they want. E.g. football, cricket, chase etc. Fantastic for people with dogs too. Plenty of space for them to run around. Doggy bags provided around the park us an added bonus.

Due to cuts causes by the Conservative government this park is not the same as it used to be. Very sad that Pets corner was closed because of no funding. If I ever come into big money I will restore this park and the legendary sherdley show to it's former glory, Bring back the cafe that used to be there. Remember always Vote against the Tory scum if you want to save the nice and free gifts like a public park. JC4PM.
