Great place to take the kids for a few hours. Swing park to keep them entertained and plenty of wildlife to see - especially this time of year. And you can always finish off your visit with a cheeky little ice cream 😋

A beautiful park especially on a summers day,lots of things to do for the younger kids they can even feed the ducks or geese at the lakeside (railings fitted of course) fishing is permitted obviously a licence is required. The park wardens also arrange different events for the kiddies during school / nursery holidays. Locals are very proud of this park & are battling with the council & property developers trying to prevent it from being destroyed.

A place where anyone can go, either alone or with the family and friends where you will enjoy whatever you wish. Peace, beauty, history, walks, swings, flowers and good refreshments. I could go on for ages about why we visit Calderstones Park.

Lovely open space. Well kept generally and nice and green. Need to build the path better at the back of the lake-always a quagmire.

Beautiful at this time of year. It's a riot of colour and, as usual, the swing park is a joy for the grandson. Don't miss out on the ice cream parlour, QUALITY.
