Thank you to Michelle she was absolutely delightful, and gave what I wanted. Coming all the way from Scotland to Liverpool. Decided to Surprise hubby with balloons in hotel room. Michelle kept me informed on the day when she was dropping balloons off.  Thank you so much, hubby loved it   

After running around Liverpool to find out there is as a helium shortage, I came across this page. I couldn’t thank Michelle enough, she did me 21st balloons and delivered them within half an hour. Good price and friendly / professional service.

I asked for the first picture but she did tha second picture.I’m not satisfied at all

Just want to say thank you so much to Michelle for sorting my daughter's balloons out at such short notice. We have just moved house, and I forgot all about her 13th birthday balloons . I contacted Knotty ash party shop, and they sent me over pictures of what they could do, as her birthday is 27th December, they let me pick up the balloons today..boxing day! so they would stay up longer. Amazing service, thank you again.

My son was the recipient of a beautiful balloon display and card. Fantastic quality and service. Was a total surprise when it turned up and its still going strong and its almost been a week! Highly recommend and will use in the future. Important to support small businesses than the chain store. xxx

Payed a deposit for my sons christening buffet an she claimed she retired! Still waiting for her to refund the money as she didn’t even have the decency to contact me to let me no. When contacting her she claims you give her abuse when you state the truth an puts the phone down! Very professional ay. Still waiting 7 months on.... I would think twice before booking with her if she can do it once she can do it again  I hope you feel great in yourself robbing of others

Fantastic service! Called with a very last minute balloon order. The owner didnt have what I needed at first but she went and got it whilst at wholesalers. The balloon was huge and it even came with a gorgeous card which i wasnt even expecting..would highly recommended! My nephew loved his mario balloon and card!

Brilliant service as usual. I have been using this party shop for years and she always does an amazing job, going above and beyond, creating magical balloon displays and providing a superb level of customer service. I couldn't fault her in anyway.
