I highly recommend Knights Pharmacy on Shields Road to others — prompt and professional service with a smile. They’ll go above-and-beyond for their patients and they’ll make you feel well cared for as one. Staff are very, very warm and welcoming when you visit. There’s a personal touch to the service. I’d say they’re excellent all-round!

I've been collecting my prescriptions at the pharmacy for over a year. In that time, I've always been greeted warmly with a smile as well as exceptional service by members of staff. For example, at a previous pharmacy, I'd often have issues with my prescriptions — especially for my controlled drugs — with regular delays, lost prescriptions, etc. This has never happened at Knights Pharmacy on Shields Road: my meds are ready to collect from opening and the staff will communicate with the GP on my behalf in order to resolve an issue prior to collection. This has brought this disabled person such peace of mind following years of anxiety.  As an aside, I must state that the members of staff make the pharmacy the most welcoming of places: you're not simply a prescription to them, but a cared-for patient. They'll dispense prescriptions, provide advice on illnesses and give recommendations for meds with utmost professionalism whilst being most personable. I always leave with a smile! Thank you, Knights Pharmacy, for being there.

Excellent service here today for my flu and covid jabs . A very pleasant group of staff who are always helpful . Highly recommend
