I’ve been here a few times and we had no problems when we usually go but we just wanting to look at the vegetables and there was this woman reducing things and we were just looking at them and this manager said in a rude way you just have to wait until she is finished we weren’t doing anything.  We were there on Wednesday 30/11/22 it was around 20:00 there was a lady with a head scarf reducing things and the manager had brown hair  she had her hair in a bun and was chubby she was wearing a black top with a green lanyard. She was really rude. Just no need for the attitude Totally put us as a family off shopping there.

Purchased x6 take away/on the go sausages. Nice, however I bit into a hard small bone. Overall tasty but be aware they may include small bones.

There were no trolleys available at all, despite it not being particularly busy. The parking is terrible, there are not enough parent and child spaces which have people without children which aren't policed

Great value for money products and grocery. Only thing i didn't like is compared to other ASDA stores this doesn't have much Indian breads like chapatti and roti. Alcohol prices are cheaper compared to other supermarkets nearby. It's very spacious and can be tiring as well. It takes more than 30mins to explore every department in the store. Also the billing counter are very less compared to it's size. It also has pharmacy inside which is great. #asda #supermarket #valueformoney

Worst cafe ever!!!!Never eating at Asda byker cafe food was expensive and bland gave me empty bread for chicken burger with old oily black chips!!!! It was the most disgusting food ever!!!and gave my partner old frozen lasagna with oily old black chips despite the menus stating lasagna comes with salad and garlic bread!!! We we're very angry paid more than £15 and they didn't even have mayonnaise or Ketchup!!! Never shopping or eating at Asda again

I love this place. My nana comes here annually to sell Poppies during the rememberance period, the staff have always been nothing but welcoming and warm. My family have been shopping here since it opened and we have never had a negative experience. Friendly staff, brilliant shop.

Today afternoon I was in Asda in Byker for shopping. I asked two staff a lady and a gentleman for information about a voucher. They were walking in self-payment tills area. Unfortunately, they behaved in a very unprofessional way and they made fun of me and laughed on me that why I do not know. They acted racistly and looked racist.
