Tried to call 3 times but after 10 mins of nobody answering gave up ...absolute rubbish

Waited for ten minutes while staff wandered around backwards and forwards. Looking at a que of 6 people. And not speaking to anyone eventually was spoken too and told to try another pharmacy. Many apologies for inconvieniencing your staff on there day off.

Have been trying or 2 hous to speak to optician to change an appointment  phone rings out or auto voice with instructions when i press the option phone rings out then cuts off cannot get to speak to anyone
