I changed my designated pharmacy to Rowlands, Leam Lane as it was on my route home so it was handy. What a mistake!!! I went in last Friday and one of my items wasn’t ready. The pharmacist said it would be 15 mins but as I wasn’t in need of it right at that moment I said I’d go back.  I’ve just been in to collect it 4 DAYS LATER, expecting it to be ready to collect and I’ve just had to wait until they put it up. Really? 4 days and it still wasn’t ready? I’ve changed my nominated pharmacy as this place is useless.

Very rare thet your items will be in stock, typically will be missing items or long delays getting them in. Always a huge queue to be seen. Staff however are typically pleasent and helpful, however not much use when you are short on medication.

How long does it take for a electronic prescription from GP take to be dispensed according to pharmacy 96hrs usually I have received it in 48hrs still waiting after 5days for essential medication  This pharmacy just cannot cope with volume of customers and needs evaluating by senior management

They never have all of your prescription they ignore the phone I rang numerous times and I have been there when they ignore the phone ringing .don't bother apologising you have plenty of staff working there. You have no excuse for the shoddy customer service

I tried 7 times to phone them one day but the line was continually busy, so I called in at the premises and while there the phone rang continually but no one made any attempt to pick it up, no wonder they have a bad reputation. Will never go back.

Phoned 60 times today to find out if they have my prescription that was not there last week......60 times and no answer!

This is the 2nd time that this pharmacy has had supply problems with my prescription, but it was MUCH worse this time. I was asked previously to pay in advance for my current prescription by one of the staff members, even though they could only give me half of it and still owed me another half of the prescription. So I did, thinking they would honor their IOU.  Today I learned that they could no longer supply the missing product to complete my prescription. Because they said they would no longer be able to complete my prescription even though they gave me an IOU, I asked for a refund. They refused to give me a refund, because they said that I had already been given half of it. I said that I could return the untouched product that was given to me when they could only supply me with half the prescription. They refused to accept this and refused to give me a refund. What a load of rubbish. They still owe me the rest of the prescription that I paid for, and apparently because I was given half of it, it means I can't get a refund! Huh ?!  The staff lied to me saying that they told me previously that there was no guarantee that I would get the full prescription. What utter rubbish. If that was the case, I would not have paid in advance. I'm AMAZED that a pharmacy would scam customers out of money like this and be dishonest about it. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered, and with dishonest staff. This place is a disgrace and a SCAM. The staff and management should be ashamed of themselves for cheating customers out of money like this.

I arrived at the pharmacy at 5:25pm on Monday after work, paid for 2 prescriptions and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. Was given 1 of the items after around 20 mins and told that they would need to order in the second one and "it will be ready for pick up tomorrow afternoon".  On Tuesday at 5:45pm when I got there I was told that it wasn't ready yet and that it will be a few minutes, then at approx. 6pm closing time they told me that it hadn't been delivered today and I'd need to come back again tomorrow. Unfortunately as I'd already paid on Monday, I can't just take my prescription elsewhere as they just give back a slip saying they owe it to you.  I realise that it is busy, but I would have expected that on Tuesday when I got in they would have been able to immediately tell me that it had not arrived because of them saying "it will be ready" which to me implies that it would be prepared in advance. I haven't had to wait this long at any other pharmacy before and I would rather go elsewhere in future - service was friendly, professional and polite but communication was very poor and it didn't feel like they valued my time at all.

Friendly and polite staff but one of the pharmacist that works there is the worst she is impolite, she got my prescription wrong twice and is not very approachable the prescription is never ready for me to pick up even when I give them 72 hours. Would not recommend getting prescription from them at all
