After spending lots of money in the shop i took a radio that i was given by my nan as a gift and they was not interested in helping tuning it up for me. I have spent alot in the shop due to the poor advice that they have given me and I would never go back again. They have no clue or they have never been interested in me as a customer

Doug is a diamond. Always great service from Knights. Items always well packed plus fast courier delivery on expensive goods. Good, honest advice. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Knights was recommended to me by a friend at work, mind you the actual shop is nearly 120 miles away from where we work, I think this speaks for itself. I went ahead and ordered what I needed, and required a bit of advice, I received a response to my questions less than 10 minutes after I made my order from Doug, with a clear explanation and even a freebie! Can’t recommend highly enough, excellent service, clearly experts in their field.

Great customer service. Just bought a SSB radio and a bunch of accessories from them, very well packed, well priced, and fast delivery (just over a week all up to Australia!). Recommended A+++.
