Came on a Tuesday night as my first experience of Klute and generally had a good time once we found a quieter area to dance (otherwise it is sardines) and it was generally fun with cheap drinks and a bouncer was dancing too which was fun! However at the end of the night everything was tarnished in the toilets when a guy selling lollipops and purfume was demanding I give him money while I was waiting to use the toilet... I said "no sorry" repeatedly.. after I got in the toilet cubicle there was no lock (horrible for those of us who don't want people pushing in when you are sat on the toilet.) And low and behold this same gentlemen starts pushing very hard against the door (I had my feet jamming it) demanding money off me to use the toilet otherwise he will get security. As soon as I left the toilet I talked to a staff member about this situation and they just shrugged and told me I would need to raise it with management another time if it bothers me. Instead I've raised it as an incident to the police as I find this toilet behaviour terrible and infringes on the reasonable expectation of privacy when sat on the toilet - let alone the threatening behaviour to take money from people illegally. Apparently simular happens in the ladies toilets although they are less forceful .

I will not call it a racial profiling but a planned harassment. This is the worst bar and I had a negative experience. They didn’t allowed me in the bar because my face doesn’t match the face on my passport. This is so lame.

Since the summer of 2017 the club has been revamped it is now cleaner and of a much less dirty vibe than before. However it still has the same good value drinks and cheesy pop music as before. Tuesday night quids in 👍👍👍

"Europe's Worst Nightclub" is actually pretty great. Student orientated. If you want to dance at the end of the night, this is the place to be. Large garden/smoking area. Dance floor, VIP area and 3 bars. Long queues at peak-times. Entry fees apply. There is a very high minimum spend on card of £10 which is very inconvenient. Overall, a good night out.
