Kiss the Bride was founded by Joanna who has always lived in the Medway Towns, in the summer of 2005. The shop which has now moved to a beautiful spacious Grade II Listed Building in Historic Rochester first opened it's doors in November of the same year.

Beautiful shop with amazing dresses! I was so nervous going dress shopping as a plus size woman however Meg instantly made me feel comfortable and within minutes I was no longer feeling nervous. She was so helpful and really listened to what I wanted and helped me find my perfect dress! Can't wait till the summer when it's ready - would 100% recommend going to kiss the bride their wedding dress!

As an older bride, I did not think I would find a dress I liked or enjoy the experience. Joanna was amazing! She listened to what I was looking for and selected lots of beautiful dresses for me to try. Every single one was perfect. She made me feel fantastic and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable. The service from both Joanna and her colleague was brilliant. I tried on lots of dresses, I never thought would suit me. As a result, I have found my dream dress! Thank you.
I visited "Kiss The Bride" at Rochester High Street with my now daughter-in-law Paula and her maid of honour two years ago. We had made an appointment beforehand, and Joanna and Sascha made us feel very welcome and valued. After finding out the Bride's preferences, Joanna showed several dresses from a comprehensive collection and priorities to try on were chosen. The perfect dress was found very quickly, and Paula said, "Yes to the Dress"! Both Joanna and Sascha were very professional and helpful. I can recommend "Kiss The Bride" to all brides and their bridemaids!
I purchased the most stunning wedding gown from Kiss The Bride for my wedding day. I also got my 6 bridesmaids dresses which all looked beautiful. The ladies are so lovely and the seamstress altered all the dresses perfectly, my dress fit as if it was made just for me! I would highly recommend Kiss The Bride. Thank you for all you did to make my day so special.
Not only is the shop beautiful the staff are so friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel under any pressure at all. There is a great variation of styles of dresses. It seems there is a choice of dresses to suit any budget. Would highly recommend this boutique.
This was only the second shop I went to while looking for my wedding dress and their advice helped me find the perfect dress. Their service was faultless and the in-house alteration service meant everything was easy to arrange. Although the shop is quite small, they have a great selection of different styles of dresses and the staff were able to offer their expertise to help find the perfect dress. They also have a great selection of accessories available. Thank you for helping me find the dress of my dreams.
Bought my dress 2 years ago which cost a fortune, was beautiful and in total love with. unfortunately I would absolutely not recommend there seamstress to anyone as she costs a fortune to alter my dress which she ruined. Insisted adding heavy padding to my chest section which bowed the bones in the dress and the dress splitting all down the side of my wedding day where she altered it. All in all it ruined my wedding day

I would just like to say how lovely my experience was at Kiss the bride, I found my dream dress from a gorgeous selection and the staff were professional,knowledgeable and friendly, really listening to what I was looking for and finding it. They made everyone in my bridal party feel very welcome and relaxed, I visited other stores but this one was second to none,I highly recommend it to any brides searching for "the one". I'm looking forward to going back very soon to choose bridesmaid dresses too from a huge variety of styles they have. A truly special shop.
