Would like to give stood matalan a minus only wouldn't except my review As yet again I have found myself , getting to the checkout and surprise surprise Queue trailing pass the barrier and only 2 checkout,s in operation This isn't a complaint about the shop assistants ,these I have always found very helpful My complaint is with the management of the store No excuses ,if you are short of staff get yourself behind the till ,for over the last half and dozen times I've visited your store I've walked out without purchasing items I wanted Luckily for me a don,t live local ,only visit frequently Back home 2 morrow with go to my local store ,where it,s managed far better

It was a sale day today and it was manic on the shop floor- I thought the queue would take forever to go down. But the staff did well - every cashier working and pretty quick too. Well done to the staff and management in Strood! .....My only annoyance with this shop is how they bug you endlessly about having their store card - if you say no then that means no? We shouldn't be made to feel that we're criminals for not having one!! Stop pressurising customers!
