I am so angry at Voltair duckling duck swimming. I rang for details to sign my daughter up for swimming in new year. Was told on phone couldn’t book over phone I needed to fill forms out. The girl on phone said she would email me over the forms and they had spaces left for January. I didn’t receive any info through email for over a week so I rang again to clarify and was told there was no space left for the day I needed. I’m absolutely disgusted and so angry my daughter has no missed a place for swimming the staff are incompetent and I wouldn’t recommend.
Good experience at volair kirkby leisure centre, fantastic artificial football pitches.
Nice set up with lots of parking. The pitch was a 4G and was in terrific condition. A real pleaser. Lots of amenities within the centre itself but as I was there just to referee a match I never got to use any. Staff are helpful and pleasant.
Awful management of the 4G facilities by VOLAIR. Complained numerous times about kids coming on the pitch on bikes and verbally abusing the players. Needing to increase safeguarding levels shouldn’t be the case. No where else to go that isn’t managed by VOLAIR - awful communication. Simple solution to manage the 4G by having security on the gate not even considered …
