It is an organised environment. Even though it was a bit far from me, the few times I took my boy for his football game, it was lovely. It is also a clean and neat environment.
Awful management of the 4G facilities by VOLAIR. Complained numerous times about kids coming on the pitch on bikes and verbally abusing the players. Needing to increase safeguarding levels shouldn’t be the case. No where else to go that isn’t managed by VOLAIR - awful communication. Simple solution to manage the 4G by having security on the gate not even considered …
Staff very helpful and facilities pretty clean,few bits in the pool hence the 4 stars.
Took out & paid for 3 month membership, cancelled my direct debit as the membership had ended. Kirkby leisure centre didn’t contact me for 3-4 months & then told me I owed all these payments as I hadn’t cancelled my contract!! Obviously they left it all that time to notify me so they could get more money out of me!Cost me another £115 to end contract, just another example of Knowsley council ripping off its locals! Will never go again!
Visited today to do my tai chi with Howard my personal trainer and the group of friends that I know.nToday 22/08/24 went to my tai chi classes and then for a coffee and cake which my friend Jane had made, also bought Howard a mug of tea to repay the favour from a few weeks ago.
