Stevie and the team at Fitpharm have trained and supported me helping me to become slimmer fitter and healthier both physically and mentally. My journey over the last few years has been a dark and difficult one and since joining Fitpharm I have felt part of a friendly supportive and buzzing community. Everyone is welcome you can train in camps or PT. Cant recommend highly enough.. GO FITPHARM TEAM and MEMBERS
Amazing place. 6 weeks ago i started i am over weight couldnt do much. 6 weeks later i can lift weights lost loads inches and over a stone. My mindset has never been so focused. Joining best thing ever for my mentsl health. Long road ahead with stevie and eveyones support i can do this. Stevie has taught me itd not a race to lift weights etc listen my body and stuff and go at own pace. Best thing to do is invest in yourself. The online training materials is fab 2
I've been a member of Fit-Pharm since Oct 19, completing my Fit in 6 week challenge and then progressing to full membership. The coaching and support you get, not only from the coaches Steve, Chloe & Luke but from the fellow members is brilliant. I've always struggled with bad eating habits but with the guys help my diet is now very healthy. I couldn't recommend Fit-Pharm highly enough!! There is a great selection of class times to suit even the busiest of schedules, which also helps massively.
I've been here since May 2019 and it's 100% the best thing I ever done. Before I started I didn't do any exercise besides going the gym a few times a year, usually before a holiday. I've changed my mindset, lifestyle and nutrition habits with the help of Ste, Luke and Chloe. Suitable for everyone as the coaches adapt each workout based on individual ability - in fact they won't even let you do a movement if you don't have the strength or technique! Either way you'll be pushed to your limits
Best thing I ever done was joing fit pharm. Amazing people and coaches who help you and motivate you all the way 24/7. It's really not like any other gym I have been to and I have been to a few not only are Ste, chloe and luke there to training but they are on hand 24/7 for your nutrition and support, when I started I didnt understand any of the nutrition side of it and they soon changed that. My main worry was joining and not knowing anybody and being out of my comfort zone and from day 1 everyone makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. Highly recommended!!!
I started with Fit Pharm in January for a Fit-in-6 teaching camp. Stevie monitors your diet as well as recommending meals and recipes. He has such an infectious personality which makes you want to change things about yourself. Stevie, Luke and Chole takes the classes and none of them are ever boring. You are always learning and improving technique. After my 6 weeks I signed up for a membership because I enjoyed it more than I ever thought I would!
I started here in April 2019 after seeing a post on Facebook, you know the ones! we promise we can do this that and the other and change your body in 6 weeks, don't know what made me apply to be honest but I did. Went for a consultation with Stevie my first impression was dear lord who is this nutter. He asked me what I wanted to achieve which was to use body fat and tone just like everyone else I suppose. He said he would take me on board and assured me if I committed 100% then I would get the results I always wanted. I started on 3 camps per week, he taught me not only how to lift and get the best out of my training but I was also given nutritional advice, how to record and manage my food intake, within 2 weeks I notice a huge difference in my body shape and fitness after 6 weeks I had dropped 10 lbs and if I say so myself was in the best shape ever so took on the full membership, never looked back. The coaches are amazing they are tough on you but if you want results you need to be prepared to give them 100%. Another plus to Fit-pharm is as soon as you walk through the door on your 1st day your made to feel welcome by everyone and there's no egos well recommended.
Great gym! Great coaches! Great community! And Great results! Would recommend to anyone looking to get into fitness and nutrition the help and support off Stevie and coaches is spot on, it’s like my second home/family
Best gym ever! It’s like one big family, everyone motivates each other and supports each other from the minute you walk through the door. Stevie, Chloe and Luke genuinely want the best for you, want you to reach your goals and push you!
