Family friendly staff sever us very well everything I come we always buy - they have a good selection of all items jewellery very cheap prices

I am very disappointed with this shop. I can’t believe how people are writing good reviews when it’s all lies. My mum went in here and she came out very distressed. How dare they speak to my mum in such a rude manner? Where are their basic customer service? Very very disappointed. My mum went to pick up the jewellery and he was showing attitude. He was talking down on my mum and said to her “have you never used GOV.UK” in such a demeaning tone. I am absolutely furious. He also accused my 50 year old mum of money laundering, the audacity of this man is beyond me. He said customers are never right and that my mum should listen to him. He then had the audacity to refuse to serve my mum and told her to come back tomorrow when she came from far. My mum also witnessed mistreatment to another customer while she was in the shop and the customer even said who would even come to this s*** shop when you have no manners. He was very arrogant and had a big ego telling my mum that he doesn’t need my mum as a customer anyway because he gets lots of customers.  Even if you reply to my review, you will spitting lies, so don’t even bother.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! Don’t waste your time coming here, there’s much better jewellers out there with actual manners

The one and only best jewellery store that I've come across. I have been visiting this shop since I was 17 years old, its been 3 years now. The brother who serves me has always given me best advice and looked after me in any way he could. On the other hand ,aunty, the bengali lady has always gave me a warm welcome and has always shown great passion in making sure I was happy with what I purchased. Everything is always hallmarked 22ct, their quality and prices are unbeatable.

Great latest choice of 22 CRT gold. I purchased a gold bracelet today 31-05-2022. Very nice service from Steve and the Bengali sister. Excellent choice and value for the money. Highly recommended and I will see them again. I don’t know why others have a negative review these guys are great

Me and my partner walked into this shop and immediately the so famous bangali women attended to us. She was extremely rude compared to all the praises given in the reviews. She also talked down on us and also told her boss things that we did not even do. What was more was that the fact that the boss took my partners phone and gave themselves a five star review. How disgusting.

Would give 0 stars. Old man is outrageously rude it’s disgusting. Really bad and poor customer service from ALL staff and they don’t even speak with manners and when confronted “we get a lot of customers” so “it doesn’t matter” not exaggerated. You can tell with the way they respond to other reviews about how unprofessional they are by writing paragraphs of the whole customers purchase details instead of dealing with it privately. I’m so frustrated and annoyed with how me and my family members were treated in this shop. Will never visit again and would strongly, highly recommend for others NOT to visit. Behaviour, customer service, carelessness is shocking to say the least.

Rude, disrespectful staff, quick to take your money instead of helping you with an issue. I honestly do not understand the positive reviews. Do not recommend this store go elsewhere they don’t deserve your money.

Great service for buying & selling gold. Also stunning custom designed diamond jewellery too. So delighted with my pieces.
