I went into Kingsway to get anbesol liquid on care of the chemist for my girlfriend, as she has a pre payment. The man who served me informed me you could not get anbesol on care of the chemist to which I told him “I am a pharmacy technician and yes you can”, he then said he would check.nnThe gentleman purposely stalled and took a long time so that I would just offer to buy the product.nnThis essentially means that this pharmacist could be refusing people medicines they require or asking them to purchase them when they should not have to.nnI think a training course is required for this gentleman.
Had to call 111 as I had a migraine and hadn’t ordered my repeat prescription. 111 sent me here to pick up my tablets I normally get 6 tablets fornprescription price the guy behind the counter only gave me two tablets for the prescription price of £9.90 and said it’s an emergency I’m not here to fill your prescription I’m only here to supply you with an emergency amount of tablets. Didn’t have the energy to argue as I needed the tablets but just glad he’s there supporting the community:-
Really convenient opening times, I went today to get some eye drops there was a bit of a queue but it was happy to be seen too. Glad to know that this is so close by.
Attended to collect a prescription a few days after it was issued due to work commitments. Pharmacist attempted to lecture and berate me on not collecting my prescription on time!nThis, from the same man who prioritises parcels over people's health. Joke of a chemist.
Poor pharmacy,come across like don't won't to serve ya and like don't want be there plus when take parcels ,make you wait good 20mins sometimes to serve you,avoid at all costnNeed to be trained how to greet customers
