Good outdoor shopping centre however the car park lets it down due to the lack of traffic lights at the roundabout when leaving at Stewartfield Road. Almost manageable except in the run up to Christmas when they put parking attendants in place to help but they invariably cause even more tailbacks leaving via the only 2 roads at Sainsbury's or passed B&M. Suggest parking at B&Q and walking ...
The lady staff member on Customer Services was particularly helpful, friendly, and demonstrated all the meal deals. She was quite tall, very nice and gave me directions to the online shopping collection point. Thank you also the helpful and nice male staff at the collection point which is to the left of the main doors.
From a shopping perspective, it has obviously taken over the town centre as the staple shopping area for people in East Kilbride, it has some good mix of stores, including Sainsbury's, Next, Home Bargains etc, as well as a few options for food Burger King, Greggs. However the site is not fit for purpose, excessive traffic on most days, one main roundabout, which exacerbates the problem. I would only visit if I really had to. It is yet another testament to dreadful town planning, since the control under South Lanarkshire Council.
Good selection of shops and outlets but often avoid at peak times due to the wait exiting the large car park.
Good for a stop for essentials at Sainsburys and if you fancy a browse there is a TKMAXX and B&M. There is also a Boots and a few other shops. Plenty of options for a quick bite too. Traffic is always busy in and out of the retail park.
Good place with good shops. Can get busy at the car park on weekends which makes its difficult to get out, you can be waiting a while but other than that it's a good place to go to visit few shops
The shops are fine but there's a massive pothole in the access road from the roundabout going to Tapi. It needs fixing quickly!
Great shops including the Adidas & Nike outlet stores but the traffic situation when you go at even a slightly busy time is very off-putting.
Its Huge and Hectic. Guaranteed to stress you right out, especially if you need to do a 5 mile hike from your parking space to the shop you need to go to and utter Crap for folk who struggle to walk far as theres absolutely no outside seating or benches for a sit down rest.
Some very good shops M&S, Adidas etc Biggest problem with the shopping centre is you can always get in.But sometimes you can't get out.So you have to be careful to avoid the busy time
