Collected out of here today, office staff didn’t even speak to me. Stood at the window for a solid 15 minutes, tried ringing the bell but I just got ignored as they chatted among themselves. The warehouse staff are the only reason I gave this 2 stars because they were good as gold. In the end the warehouse staff actually had to sort out my query as the office staff wouldn’t acknowledge me. Would love to know how you treat your own drivers. Terrible service, must be a nice job for the office staff though I guess, just standing around chatting to each other rather than doing their job.
Kings Transport could not have been more helpful when I wasn't in to receive a pallet delivery. They contacted the delivery driver and informed me that I could collect as soon as the truck arrived back at the depot. When I arrived at 7pm they had all the email and details written down and ready , then walked me outside to find my delivery and assisted with lifting the 80kg item into my vehicle. Absolutely fantastic help and service.
Never use this company. They don't supply what they invoice you for and ask for proforma payment. My invoice stated, and I quote "Invoice for labour over 2 days based on 5 men each day 20/21 December 2018" . I had 4 turn up on the first day and none on the second...until I got on the blower and they pulled 2 guys off another job and they were there for 4 hours. All equates to 5 men for 1 day! Don't trust director Martin King of Kings Transport Services Ltd, he won't take ultimate responsibility for his company..."I was out of the country on holiday". Jim the main guy who came to run the labour, he was a good guy, no reflection on his work. Thanks Jim.
Kings transports is a company that does not comply with the Occupational Risk Prevention Law, constantly putting the lives of its workers in serious danger, and it also fails to comply with the Law that refers to the regulations on the transport of dangerous goods, I consider that Kings transport needs an urgent inspection by the competent authorities.
Have used Kings for all our pallets and distribution of large items, Never had a problem with any of our fragile items, like computers and screens. Always treated with care and delivered to clients on time.
I cannot compliment our removal by Kings Transport highly enough. We had a move of 240 miles but Conner and Liam were very helpfull and profesional, nothing was too much trouble to them and they reduced our stress levals on the big day greatly. Thanks to them and thankyou Keith.
A measure of a company should not be by whether or not things go wrong; they will - instead I measure in how well issues are rectified. Plus otherwise great for pallet deliveries 99.9% perfect!
Use Kings on a regular basis and have been excellent for us. The rare time we have an issue it is swiftly resolved by the office staff. One of the best transport companies we have used
I have used Kings Transport for many years and they have been nothing but brilliant. Friendly staff. Great service. Would highly recomend.
