I need to say my move happened with the team only arriving 15min late, also only a couple of small scratches and bumps to some furniture pieces occurred. Yet, I was treated rather impolite and twice even snapped at; once when I asked for a discount from the quote as the move only took 1.5h instead of the 3h envisioned. Upon complaining, I was promised a discount which I never received. For a company that takes customer service very seriously (I quote), this is poor. But I assume when it comes to a situation like that the distinction between truly customer friendly service and only the pretence  of it  comes to light.

Fantastic service. Put my worries about moving at ease from the offset. Arrived on time and Barry and his team couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

We had a removal company booked and were let down a week before the move Barry From A Man and Van Limited was recommended to us by some friends he stepped in at short notice and done a fantastic job we have now kind of settled into our new house thanks to Barry and his team.
We can't recommend them enough and we will be telling all our friends to use his service.

I would defintely reccommend Barry and his team. I have used them three times so far and they have always been very efficient, sharp and helpful. their rates are also very competitive and fair.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Barry and his team at A Man and Van. I received a very reasonable price within an hour of speaking to Barry. He took the time to fully understand what needed to be moved, they turned up on time and made the whole process hassle-free. Highly recommend.
