Story

Established for 20 years, Old London Removals & Storage offers a personal and professional relocation service for local, national and international moves. The majority of our work comes from word of mouth and repeat clients. We believe strongly in excellent customer service and as our motto suggests 'You'll applaud our every move!'

Mission

We aim to ensure that each and every customer is 100% satisfied with our service. When we leave the delivery address we want to know that all the furniture is set our correctly and that the customer is comfortable for their first night in their new home.

The Old London Moving Co could not have been more amazing. They packed and moved my 3 bedroom house with the utmost of care for both my possessions and myself! The cost was extremely reasonable. I especially appreciated the extremely high level of personal commitment from the director, who personally made sure that the move went smoothly every step of the way. The guys on the day were cheerful and professional and never grumbled about anything, even the worst bits of the job. I could not recommend them highly enough. They made what could have been a very unpleasant experience much more enjoyable and I would like to thank them all.

The Old London Moving Company were fantastic and we cannot recommend them enough! We opted for the full packing service and therefore we really didn't need to do anything. The day before we moved we had two very polite and professional employees pack up our belongings. They were extremely thoughtful, for example they left our dressing gowns unpacked so that we could use them on the morning of our move - not something that I would have considered. They made our move day easy and straight forward - an amazing feat in itself! Thank you.

Fantastic job from start to finish - I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the team at The Old Moving Company, who did a brilliant job at moving me recently. From the initial quote to collecting my packing boxes they did not disappoint. The full packing service was excellent and they made what could have been a very stressful couple of days incredibly easy and hassle free. A really polite and thoughtful team. Thank you.

Can't speak highly enough of the OLM team. Friendly, helpful and hard workers. They stored stuff for us for some months while we were in temporary accommodation, our valuable items and furniture were professionally wrapped and it it came out of store in as good a condition as it went in. No causal or inexperienced staff. Thanks guys.
