We have worked with Citation for several years and overall very pleased with the service and support received. My only regret is we haven't used the Atlas portal in it's entirety, mainly using it for the H & S side of things and not so much the HR side for booking annual leave etc due to colleague's personal preferences, although we have used and do use, the very helpful HR support for cases of discipline and welfare. My advice would be to use the whole product offering if you can, excellent value for money and a great support, just go for it.
We have been with Citation for a few years now and our experience so far has been excellent. We use the platform mostly for Health and Safety and are gradually starting with the HR side of things. All staff have been professional, friendly and helpful. We had our annual inspection from Andy this week and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful
We have been Citation clients for nearly 7 years. We have always found the service to be extremely helpful with our employment law, health and safety and only last year we started to use the care policy information as well which has proved invaluable to our service. We would definitely recommend Citation. Fast and friendly service.
Very happy with the service and guidance we have been receiving from Citation, and all staff that we have dealt with have been professional and friendly. The service has given us a massive insight into how to improve our business on both the H and S side and ensuring that we look after our employees effectively too. Very happy!
Like other businesses on here, citation trap you into auto renew contract. Do not convey this correctly then Do not send you any reminders. When you try to cancel only then do they explain all the hurdles to cancel one being 6 month notice before end of contract. We have not used services for over 2 years from end of contract but they still auto renewed. Now receiving legal emails and letters stating to pay £16,000 in order to cancel. Advise every existing customer to cancel your contract NOW so does not renew for another 5 years and any potential new customer not to sign at all until citation review unfair terms.
As others have stated it is very important to read the small print. They do not send renewals and auto-renew if you do not give them more than 6 months notice and they won't budge regardless of circumstances. We were billed twice in February two different dates and then got double billed in March on the same day, when we requested credits for the over-payments we got a curt response from credit control quoting their contract terms and "therefore no credits will be issued".
We are using citation for nearly 2 years. We had 2 health and safety checks into our site. On the last Health and safety, Matt was brilliant in explaining what we are doing right and where we need to improve. A lovely and positive experience with the team!
Very disappointing customer service! I made numerous attempts to contact Citation regarding the undertaking of a combined H&S/Fire Risk Assessment. Twice I spoke to someone in their Wilmslow office and was assured that someone would call me back, but they never did. I also sent a message via the contact form on their website, but no one replied. If Citation weren't interested in working for our company, all they had to do was say at the outset, rather than wasting everyone's time!
Citation are a great company, we recently had a course at the office with a member of Citation, it was so informative whilst being fun and engaging at the same time. They offer lots of courses and information for employers and employees. Thanks again, would highly recommend!
We have used Citation for a few years now. I always find them very helpful. We recently had a Health and Safety visit from Ben who was really helpful and helped me with a lot of queries I had. Would definitely recommend
