Great professional service. Have had dealings with Daniels regarding divorce, will & power of attorney & on all fronts I have found this firm to be both diligent & competent.

I personally haven't used SAS Daniels. But I dealt with the fallout when an elderly relative did. With emails to and from the solicitor involved, then their first line complaints handler, then their second line complaints handler. Then emails and phone calls to the Ombudsman's office. Then going through the process of complaining to the company again, as it wasn't felt that it was clearly defined that I had authority to deal with the complaint in the first place. Then back to the Ombudsman's office. All I will say, is spend half an hour searching out some reviews of them before you use them. I think you might be surprised.

After a bit of a slog - I was glad to finally deal with someone who genuinely offered me the best advice. I felt like I was being guided through the process instead of dragged through like other law firms I'd contacted. Would definitely recommend to friends and family too.
