Thank goodness for Bennett’s. The best solicitors by far. Everyone was brilliant efficient and professional. Anna was supportive and responded with knowledgeable professionalism quickly all through our selling / buying experience. Bennett’s were excellent and I couldn’t recommend them more, right up until Jane Ambler spoke to me like no other human has spoken to me over the phone before. All over a document that was sent to me on May 16th which I was asked to fill and return to them. 2 weeks later I call up for a separate issue and all hell ensued with Jane going absolutely ballistic about this document.  Bennett’s was recommended to us by a dear friend for their excellent service and I would completely agree right up until the customer service went so far out the window because they couldn’t close the case as I hadn’t returned this document after 2 weeks.  All in all after this experience I would not recommend. Such a shame.

Anna and the whole team were absolutely fantastic to deal with when selling my property and will be definitely be using them again when it comes to the purchase of my next one. Very prompt with replies to any questions I had and very straightforward pricing especially given some of the hidden extras other solicitors try to charge for conveyancing

Anna is exceptional and very efficient.  She is always quick to respond and offer support with the stressful areas of purchasing a property or any difficulties you may encounter.  Having used Anna a few times now when moving house I would recommend Bennetts.

Used Bennetts for our house sales and purchase. Extremely professional and competent. Always had everything in hand and always for back to us. Just wish all solicitors were as good as this one.

Using Anna as our conveyancer she was extremely helpful. Without her the chain could easily have broken. She went above and beyond to make sure we completed on the agreed date. Can't recommend highly enough.
