The Harvey's beer was well kept and really enjoyed on a very hot day. Plenty of room in the beer garden affords a stunning view of the downs. This is my second visit in a week and I look forward to having another beer there in the not too distant future.

We had Sunday lunch. Nothing at all to complain about. Polite service, good value roast dinner.

If you want traditional food, classic service and hearty portions of great food it's not to be missed. You did a detour to it and really happy we did. A beautiful old English country pub

Good food,relaxing atmosphere, helpful staff,clean covid safe pub and the beers not bad either.

Landlord doesn't seem very happy. Beer was good, great garden. Burger tasted like cheap meat and the chips seemed like tesco value stuff. I would recommend for drinks, but not for food based on my experience.

Nice location and food good too. Shame about the bar staff and management.. very irritable and grumpy- did not feel we received a warm welcome

Good place for a drink good food,lovely big garden with kids play area, and a few quid spent on new furniture outside and the loos had a good make over.

Lovely little village pub, good food and a very warm welcome.
