Very friendly bartender. Beer was not cold, but that's usual in this country.
Went there for pub lunch. Super tasty food, served really quickly. Nice atmosphere too. Great prices.
Lovely English village pub, I went there to watch some footie
Went there was a family Sunday lunch on 27th October. Friendly helpful staff, good ales and a fantastic roast beef dinner, followed by homemade stick toffee pudding. The chef/landlady Charley came and asked for our feedback on the meal, which we were happy to give. We will be back again soon I'm sure.
Food was very good with a small but different range of real ale on tap. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Didn't get the free breakfast. Otherwise was cool. Good pool table.
Older pub with plenty of character - little nooks and crannies where you can be relatively private. Keep their beer well with a reasonable selection.
Classic pub, that hasn't had the craft bar makeover. One of the few genuine pubs of yesteryear. Friendly staff, sports tv, dog friendly and full size pool table
