Sells morgan spice which is a proper pub and ale for the hubby. Shame not more people in here as a lovely pub inside and out. A must is to visit the Kings Room. Just amazing what the landlord has done. Not going to tell you anything about it, as you need to visit. So c'mon down and visit next time your in the area

Great landlady, pub only spoilt by government rules
Proper pub. Pool table, juke Box, Live music, Sky and BT sports. Large Capacity. Busy and social at weekends, open 7 days a week until late.
It is an amazing pub, with a great atmosphere, superb music and tremendous staff. I would consider myself somewhat of a local, with the place never failing to fulfill my expectations of a fun night out with the PR gang. I strongly suggest ordering a "double brandy coke", they are very well priced and served generously.
Warm friendly welcome. This pub is going to be a go to drinking hole when i visit shaftsbury next. Staff where amazing inviting and welcoming. Just a shame the pubs biggest asset is leaving soon.
