Had a lovely meal. It was clean and warm and the loos were nice. Pleasant ambiance and a good, if a little limited, menu. Service staff were nice but a little slow, even with a half full restaurant, and the kids menu meals came last, which is a bit thoughtless. Overall a very good experience and the food was really good.
Really nice atmosphere, friendly Staff and they accommodate for Disabled customers. And then the food............ Well when it came out, there is a wow factor. It was all piping hot and very tasty and service was outstanding too. Had a very enjoyable meal. Will definitely be going again.

We went to breakfast with Santa today. Absolutely fantastic, thank you to all the team and the organiser. He did an amazing job organising it all and the food was delicious too. Great quality ingredients and brilliant gift from Santa. A brilliant atmosphere as well. Thank You Rod and team. Hope to see you all again next year and for any events in-between
Nice pub and good beer. Eating area was bit cold when we arrived but quickly heated up. Menu has a reasonable selection. I liked my fish and chips. The proper chips are great and definitely better than the French fries. The menu is a typographical nightmare and needs a proper proofreader to have a once over it.
Good food, with hearty portions. Drinks took quite a while to be served, once received given a dirty glass and no lemon in my gin and tonic. They need to be more attentive.
Have been a visitor for years on/off. At the moment the food is nice and the staff friendly and helpful. We attended a funeral wake here very recently and it was excellently staffed and the catering was tasty and the variety good. My parents have said the roast dinners are good. We're booked in for a work do before Christmas so fingers crossed for a great evening.
We had the best experience having breakfast with Santa this morning. Even down to the little details. It was magical and my little daughter had the best time. The staff were lovely and the food was great!! Will definitely be returning next year!
Popped in after a long walk. The landlord was very friendly and engaging. All the staff were helpful and polite. The food was good, my wife had a huge vegan burger and said it was very good. My beer was also good. Now we know where it is we'll definitely go again.
This is clearly a grate place to eat. We stopped off by chance Sunday right as they opened. They were fully booked but offered us the option to eat outside. We were happy with that as the weather was nice and most places you have to book in chance. Food was amazing, we both had burgers and chips. One was chicken and one was Beef both where so good. My partner can be fussy with his chiken Burgers but he loved it. Staff were super friendly I would definitely book a table and go back.
