Very disappointed after I ordered a poster as a gift for my boyfriend ,supposed to get there in 3days I waited around 1w and when I called them they lost the track of my order ,they try to suggest me to go and look for postal offices around my area to find my order ...thats not my job .
They destroyed the surprise I had for my bf birthday as well  I decided to get a refund and the money comes back in my account in few days.thats stupid gonna make sure won’t recommend to anyone .

Although I had used your service before to have my artwork printed, on this occasion your staff turned me away saying they didn't do small runs for artists! (Although I never said I wanted a small run). I tried telephoning but to no avail, your staff said they would ring back and didn't so I took my £600 to Tansleys printers in Seaford. Really unprofessional treatment of artists and your company thrives because artists exist! Shabby!

Ordered a canvas print of a piece by Piet Mondrian. Arrived promptly, looks really good and was a reasonable price. Very happy.
