Absolutely appalling and unprofessional service. 

This is the response I received from the owner when I requested THE signed copy of the contract "what we have is what we have and what you have is what you have and we cannot produce something that we don’t have."

Avoid at all costs, this is just one episode in a long line of catastrophies.
