We had no heating and it was a nightmare ....their wifi was suspended coz they never paid their BT bill....am sorry but if a place is cold there is no happiness.  The furniture and carpets could do with a change. I would never recommend it under no circumstances....
DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS PLACE....

Very spacious place, easily accommodated 21 of us. Could use a bit of upkeep, certain things not working properly throughout the house and the televisions are quite ancient for this day and age. All in all we had a great time regardless.

A fantastic weekend for my Moms 80th & Sons 30th, a big thank you to Charmain for answering all my questions emails etc and putting my mind at rest you've been great, after reading the reviews about it being cold I was slightly worried but it was lovely and warm, overall a very memorable weekend, perfect venue for a family get together 👍🏻

It's almost perfect for the 20 person party but the upstairs toilet seat was broken when we got here and the dining chairs need replaceing as in you lean back you fall back
