We bought a house through a Connells listed property and found the service from the Malvern team to be 10/10. Knowledgeable, extremely helpful, friendly and totally on top of the detail. Would definitely recommend.
My flat had water pour through the ceiling and then through my floor to the flat below. When I asked for help NO ONE even came to look, they said it wasn't their business and when I said they had a duty of care they told me I had an attitude. The problem was fixed by someone else but now there are huge cracks in my ceiling from water damage and apparently I'm not a priority. I am not impressed one bit
After 4 months we finally completed on a BTL which was handled by Connells in Malvern. There were legal issues with the lease which our solicitor managed to finally sort out. It could have been a problamatical negotiation but Ruby at the Malvern office handled both parties in a very professional manner and I really believe she helped the sale go through for which we are very grateful. She was professional from start to finish, a real asset to the company.
The sharpest estate agent I have ever used!! Jenny, Kerry and Jess were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. They soon had our property up on line on the market. The viewings were carried out professionally and the service on the phone was second to none. Any queries were dealt with in a flash! They soon found us a buyer for our barn conversion near Malvern to enable our move onwards. I would highly recommend anyone using Connells Estate Agent in Great Malvern. Both Malvern and Worcester are run by Poorly Informed people, the Property that they lease in Malvern has Safety Issues Outside with Drains Having Two Covers Removed, as per WCC this is highly Dangerous Practice for the Public to which I agree, have Struggled to get any results from a Manager in Worcester at all, did get a bit today that they have Informed their Landlord at last, he also send a Threat to me I guess to shut me up, WCC are looking into the Safety of the Public now. If things are not sorted in the next four weeks we will inform the Malvern Gazette with our information which he did not like and threatened on. Can see why on Trustpilot Reviews they have a Very Poor Rating with people like him and supposed to be a Manager. It should have been Common Sense instead of many issues, the Law is Any Property Owners or Renting has a Duty of Care for Everyone who enters their land, any injuries incurred they are Liable for in Claims, easy as that for Common Sense people. We do not do things likely but have to when they try to pass the buck and start Threats.
Keri Stephens was very professional in her manner and advice. She was very attentive during our various conversations. Not once did she appear pushy or overbearing. It wasn't about grabbing a sale ir was about giving information and allowing us to make our own minds up. She answered all our queries. She is an asset to the company she represents.
