Glasshouse were courteous and professional throughout their dealings with us. Our first sale fell through 3 months into the process, and we were given prompt support and a clear explanation of the options available to us. We achieved a successful resale within days of going back on the market, and Glasshouse were brilliant at chasing queries, following up on behalf of ourselves, as well as our buyers. A truly first class service. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Having recently had GlassHouse Properties deal with the sale of our home, we cannot recommend them too highly. From the first discussions with Sam Burston, we were totally confident that our property sale would be handled in a most professional way. This proved to be the case. A superb set of photographs and online brochure were produced, which did full justice to the property. Sam handled all the viewings and kept us fully informed throughout the process. It also became evident that, behind the scenes he maintained regular contact with all interested parties to ensure that the wheels kept turning. Given the stresses involved with selling property, it was great to have Sam's highly professional skills and experience to help us achieve a very satisfactory conclusion. We are therefore very happy to fully recommend GlassHouse as the go to Property Agency

The property we had to sell was not run of the mill and, after a recommendation from a friend, we met Sam Burston from Glasshouse to talk over the sale. Sam thought carefully about the specific aspects of the building, suggested a video to help people understand the layout and was realistic in his valuation. The sale was completed during the pandemic with a higher than estimated sale value. We are very impressed and have asked Sam to deal with another sale for us.

Glasshouse were professional throughout and the communication was exceptional. They passed documents onto me from the seller which saved a lot of time. Their comms exceeded my expectations by going back and forth between the seller and myself. With the effort Glasshouse put into this sale, it saved us waiting for the sellers solicitors to act, which speeded up the whole process up and enabled us to complete in around 6 weeks!

Glasshouse were great, very efficient and had us on the market in no time. Brilliant write up with great professional photos. Needless to say we had a quick sale and achieved the right price.
