Stunning Gardens good selection of wildlife and the coffee shop is lovely. Some interesting quirks around the gardens and wonderful views in and around the water features and viaduct. Temporary Restrooms available until permanent are fully repaired.nAlthough not directly affecting the days visit I would have like to have walked the viaduct but it is securely fenced off.
What a little gem of a place. Never been here before, even though we live about 11 miles away! After parking the car up free, you can head towards the small cafe, for a drink and cake, or go into the designer shops only one was open on Easter Bank Holiday Sunday, but more so after severe flooding, or pay £7.50 entrance to the gardens, which I think is a little on the expensive side, especially as the foliage and flowers weren't out yet or even get a complimentary drink. Better to go in mid Spring - Summer time. As usual, I took lots of photos. But still worth a visit.
Lovely gardens. Currently free as there are renovations. A viaduct in the garden a great feature.
Sadly, not great at the moment, but this is due to recent flooding and a lot of work going on following floods.nLovely trip down memory lane seeing Bambi who I remember regularly driving past as a child going on holiday
Lovely day out just a shame the cafe wasn't open... next time hopefully
