Paul Smith sale was great but I came at the end of it. Still found a handsome pair of turquoise leather shoes though & jeans for £20. Good looking place, some interesting brands selling at discounted prices. Cafe looked pleasant too but was closing when I arrived.

The Great House is wonderful for beautiful unusual pieces for the home. Or treat yourself to a high end fashion item at a discount price in the Emporium. And of course there is the mulberry outlet for gorgeous bags. Definitely somewhere to splash the cash !

Bought a craft ale which had a 20% discount - didn’t realise this was because the bottle was out of date. Flat, cloudy and didn’t taste right.

Called store, they informed me it being beyond the best before is why it was discounted (nothing in store told me that) and they thanked me for letting them know. When pressed they said they would refund. They will only do a refund in person. I live in Bristol. 

Disappointing all round - expect better from this kind of store, beer bought as a treat for husband, shame to get it home and it to be off. Disappointing resolution - come back to store (48 mile round trip) for a £2.50 refund.

Very disappointing. Either expensive or full of things that couldn't be sold elsewhere or things made especially for pout let....... nice seething though and great resaraunt.

Love it here! Shopping is excellent and the Pantry restaurant is one of our favourite brunch spots. Don't miss a trip round the gardens! Magical.
