We had such a wonderful experience with Juanita! She helped me choose a stunning lip combo with liner, gloss, and lipstick. I was initially hesitant about the bright pink shade she recommended, but it turned out to be absolutely perfect. Her knowledge of color theory really impressed me. Juanita also found a product my friend loved, even though she has a completely different complexion. I would highly recommend reaching out to her for any of your makeup needs or dilemmas!
The products are lovely, however the staff is rude and impatient. I asked one of the girls to help me find a colour, she told me to keep testing the lip lines on my hand until i find it. Assistant manager, Maria, was also very unhelpful, rude and moody. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was vey irritated whilst taking my order.
I had an incredible experience last wee with Fatima Betty beauty advisor during my recent visit to kiko Milano regent college store From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and took the time to listen to my needs. She was so knowledgeable about the products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, offering helpful suggestions tailored to my skin type and preferences. I truly appreciated their patience and expertise, especially when it came to helping me choose the right shades and formulations. She went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, and her friendly and professional attitude made the experience enjoyable. On Saturday, i took a trip to Kiko Milano in Regents Street and i was helped by an employee by the name of Hiba. She was so helpful in supporting me and guiding me to choose the best products for my sister’s birthday. She was also very patient with me as i dont have a lot of knowledge in Makeup. I just wanted to share my experience as i am not normally faced with any friendly employees, however Hiba really stood out to me and i am very grateful for her help.
I had a wonderful shopping experience yesterday at this store, all thanks to Samina. She is an incredibly attentive, friendly, and delightful salesperson. Her approach made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable, without a hint of pressure. Samina’s kindness and patience really stood out, making me feel valued as a customer. Today I had an unfortunate experience with an employee named Fatima. From the moment I walked in, Fatima stood at the front with her hands on her hips, exuding an unwelcoming demeanor. She made no effort to assist me, nor did she even acknowledge my presence. Despite my clear need for help, she continued to ignore me, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It was evident she had no intention of providing any assistance. As a customer, I expect support, neither of which were offered by Fatima. This experience was highly disappointing and has left a negative impression on the store and I will not be returning back. I hope management addresses this issue it’s clear she’s untrained.
Today I had the pleasure of receiving makeup services from Helan at Kiko, and I cannot recommend her enough! As a beginner in the world of makeup, I was quite nervous about the whole process, but Helan's friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. Helan's skill with makeup is truly remarkable. She listened to my preferences and expertly applied makeup that not only enhanced my features but also suited my personal style. The result was absolutely stunning, and I received numerous compliments throughout the day. What truly sets Helan apart, however, is her dedication to teaching. She took the time to explain each product she used, from foundation to eyeshadow, and demonstrated the proper techniques for applying them. Her patience and clear instructions made the learning process enjoyable and incredibly informative. Thanks to Helan, I now feel much more confident in my ability to do my own makeup. If you're looking for a makeup artist who combines exceptional talent with a passion for teaching, look no further than Helan at Kiko. Her service is truly amazing!
excellent !...lovely member of staff SAMINA i am recently retired after many years mystery shopping i walked into this store and was greeted by the nicest of human beings...not false, she was soo helpful, couldnt have been better, even trying many different colours on her own hand to show different colours...young, entustiastic,,,,very pretty , inside and outside.....i purchased more than intended......but thats good....this young lady needs to be held on too... brilliant experience, thankyou ....lady at desk was lovley too. ...
Fátima Zahara really bad atitude towards the costumers. Need some training with costumer service. Our ladies where looking for make up and she came to us asked 3 times same question if we were waiting for someone and we replied yes 3x. Had to point to who I was. Sound a bit racist. Asked for the manager and the manager without know started defende her and Fátima came shout to us. Meanwhile my wife said she asked for a make up and Fátima answer very rude Why are you going to buy??
