I was at the stand alone MAC store in Masonville today, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have been a customer for years, and the ladies in this particular store are absolutely wonderful. Today I had a tall, lovely woman who helped me, and she was so excellent and professional. It’s refreshing to deal with smart, competent and caring staff these days….because they are few and far between. Well done ladies!!
Terry and Karen helped two 11 year olds learn about the basics of makeup. Each girl had a half hour lesson about applying the basics and how to match colours to their skin tone, what their young skin needs, and what makeup to wear to make it look like they aren’t wearing any at all. That girls were over the moon about how they looked and what they learned. Both Terry and Karen were fantastic. Highly recommend!!
Catherine is amazing! She was so helpful and listened to what I was looking for and provided me with the most amazing gift to give to someone. It was truly perfect. Catherine is an amazing employee and knows so much about the products I was so amazed! I have never experienced such outstanding customer service and although I find Mac on the pricey side and was only really going for a gift for someone else, it didn’t really matter to me because of how amazing her customer service was. It makes me want to come back again. Thank you so much Catherine!
Always a pleasure to visit this store; I am loyal to this brand because of the talents and artistry of Allis. She can take one look at a person and tell them their perfect foundation and/or concealer colour match. Shopping here is such a fun experience and I always leave feeling amazing.
My sister and I, both in our 50’s arranged a personalized 30 minute make up consultation. We hadn’t had this done in years and with ageing skin & fine lines, we needed help. Both of the professionals who consulted with us were very sweet, knowledgeable and listened to our concerns and likes. I had Natasha who was wonderful. We learned what not to do with our make up as well as what would work best for our skin and lifestyle. Thank you so much ladies!
I don't know the name of the staff member there but when I was in the store she said hi and asked me what I'm looking for. She showed me what I wanted right away and after I tried it and said it's not exactly what I expected it to be which wasn't a complaint from my side I just said it wasn't for me and she goes "It's does what's expecteded from it" in a very rude judgmental way which made me not wanna be in the store to even look around and find something that fits my need.
Every time I visit this store I am so impressed by the employees and customer service. They are pleasant and knowledgeable without being too pushy. I almost never write reviews but this location deserves it based on their employees alone!!! Management - your staff deserve some bonuses here because they’re creating loyal customers with every interaction.
Blanca and Allison were both super friendly. It was a busy little place but they made sure everyone was acknowledged. Blanca helped me find my perfect nude lippie and sent me home with a sample.The next few days I came back looking for a good red lipstick. Allison recommended Russian red along with a lip liner. I appreciated how both ladies were so genuine and just wanted to get to know their customers. Overall amazing experience :
