Thank you Wigmore. I really appreciate your customer service and how you support my clinic. Whilst things haven't always gone 100% to plan, I know I can make a call and you will find the solution. Natalie and her team are brilliant. I highly recommend.

Ordered anti wrinkle product. Delivered in good time. Open the box and find there is no actual product inside the sealed container. Emailed 3 times with pictures and explaining the issue and also called. No reply to emails and the phone just rings out when you try. Will not be using this company again.

I am a frequent buyer from wigmore and have been unable to fault the service until today. I was unable to reach the marketing department via phone, therefore I contacted the training department to see if I could seek further assistance and I was greeted on the phone by Arabella. At the start of the phone call I started to explain the reason for my call and before I had even finished speaking I was cut off by her as she interrupted me and told me to email the marketing team. I then asked if I was likely to get a reply from the team today to which she replied ‘I don’t know? I never email them’  I understand that employees have different departments that they manage and therefore might not want to support all customers but to interrupt a customer within 10 seconds of the call and to reply in a rather condescending way to a valid question was very disappointing

Very poor customer service, reached out about a complaint multiple times and was ignored. Was told I would be contacted and then repeatedly ignored over a period of three months even though I have been a long customer and work locally as the doctor. Please avoid if you can.

I have been an account holder for over 20 years with Wigmore Medical, unfortunately the aesthetic department /customer services department run by Natalie Ball has declined to the point that I can no longer rely on goods being delivered in a timely manner or have a conversation when orders go awry. Such a shame as the pharmacy department are super helpful. Have just switched to Church Pharmacy  who have been amazing and would highly recommend!

Such helpful and friendly staff. Maria in particular was very patient with me and gave me some suggestions when they didn't have what I initially needed. A very welcome surprise on a frustrating and painful day - thank you!

I have been an account holder at wigmore medical for over 15 years. The service I have received by Natalie Ball and her team in the aesthetics department is outstanding. Natalie herself goes above and beyond to provide me with the products , support, further training. Her staff and very friendly and always willing to help. I have in the past used other aesthetics pharmacies and Wigmore Medical is by far the best all round!

I have been a customer of Wigmore Medical for well over 12 years and have always had excellent customer service. The staff in the pharmacy are extremely helpful and the team running the aesthetics division are a pleasure to deal with - excellent product knowledge and timely communication.
