My girls loved seeing Santa at the grotto. Santa and his elf were super friendly and welcoming. The girls then enjoyed playing in the city area - there was a range of toys for babies and toddlers. Would go again. All staff very friendly. In total we were there around 90 minutes.
I am lost for words with how amazing Kiddi city is. My son is a member so we go often and have really got to know the staff, it’s a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I decided to have my son’s 2nd birthday here and WOW, what a party it was. Anna the owner was very very accommodating. I was worried I wouldn’t have enough food platters for the adults so Anna whipped up another tray for me. She was really on the ball and I literally had to do nothing. Even all the adults had a great time, sitting, chatting, eating cake & drinking coffee. We had the whole place to ourselves and shut for the public which made it even more special. My Son had an amazing time and so did all his friends.nnThere are so many toys and role play parts, a doctors surgery, a bakery, a cafe, a hair salon, a pets corner and more!nnI honestly would do it again tomorrow, it was stress free, fun, good music and good vibes! Highly recommended with 5 huge stars!
We had a Santa visit on the 22nd December 2024. Rarely leave reviews but I was absolutely amazed how brilliant it was. Great value for money, fantastic Santa who interacted with the kids really well, a good time chatting with him, even made parents laugh. Excellent job and great elves too! Worth every penny thank you so much … my granddaughter was thrilled she met the real Santa!
I have been taking my toddler to Kiddie City now for quite a while. We have been to many play sessions, a few of their parties and have recently discovered the music class. We have been coming to this now for the last 4 weeks and my little one loves it. The class is run by Emma, who is so lovely and has such great patience with the children. We are always greeted by friendly and smiley staff who go out of their way to help you. My toddler loves the play sessions and enjoys exploring all of the different role play rooms. I particularly like the fact that they are a no nut setting and do not allow you to bring your own food as this assures me the safety of there being no nuts as I am a nut allergy sufferernOverall, we love coming here and will often meet friends for play dates and grab a coffee while there.
I took my little girl to the Taylor Swift experience in the summer and it was awesome. KiddiCity is the perfect place to let your little ones play, explore and learn. I was told that Taylor Swift is just one of many themed days KiddiCity hosts. The children were able to sing and dance and then make friendship bracelets, which my little one still wears and cherishes. The difference play areas were fun, packed with toys, and most importantly clean! We had fun playing in the doctor surgery while my little one ironed my leg better. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and couldn't help enough. There was also a cafe serving hot drinks and snacks. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for something to do with children while the weather is rubbish. We're already looking forward to booking our tickets to see Santa this coming December.
