Number one in customer service. I am not from Birmingham and urgently needed a waistcoat. Despite not dealing in delivering items, they went out of their way to ensure they sent me the waistcoat with next day delivery. I have never come across any store putting in their own time and effort to do this for any customer. I can't thank them enough for their help. The clothes are at an amazing price for the high quality and that is why I didn't want them from elsewhere. Be sure to check them out especially for menswear!

The variety of the clothes is very good we always come here to shop but one day I went to shop in evening time the same stuff who serve customers Are doing cleaning too and they served me while cleaning. Then I didn't feel like to come to this shop anymore and they don't even wash their hands and they serve customers. However, this shop is big and they can afford it too and they should keep a cleaner.
Sold a defective suit in a package. I trusted not to check. But went home out of town and realised. Did give me a refund but kept insisting that all their pieces are checked. But then when I came back the guy almost accepted that this damage had come from the supplier...meaning that they don't check!
The shop is nice, but the guy with the beard really needs to develop customer care skills if he wants to work in retail regardless of whether he owns the shop or not. Treat your customers with respect. Manners and generally being pleasant makes a very big difference.
went to the highest floor just to have a browse looking for inspiration for an event and if i was to like anything then buy but i was EXTREMELY put off by this rude woman who followed me and my friend around the ENTIRE floor... she asked us multiple times if we needed help which we replied no thank you every time. We are literally 2 short brown girls trust me we are not going to rob your clothes??? .... albeit run down the narrow staircase??? she tailgated us the whole time it put me off so badly i just wanted to get out... we will know not to buy our wedding clothes from here in the future as the manners and service is 0 ... we literally couldnt have a conversation without her RIGHT next to us. So rude and off putting. And judging by the other reviews, staff definitely do not have manners!
The svrface was very good. The staff member where very helpful and very knowledgeable in the craft of the materials of cloth that they knew was very surprised. The brother behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. He was understood what type of clothing we were looking for great man.
