This place definitely hasn't changed with the times. The prices are too high for what you're getting. Definitely worth comparing to other shops. The staff unfortunately aren't friendly either.
ANOTHER BIG NO FROM ME!!! asked for the best fabrics that they had and I said they were too overpriced then the worker started swearing at me and threw tayyabs kache at my dog
I agree with another reviewer here about nice fabric but poor customer service skills. The prices are good but whenever I go in I'm ignored if I need to be served and when I do find an assistant they seem slow and reluctant to help. No excuse for that sort of behavior
Excellent place for purchase of ladies clothes especially for muslims. It is a huge store having a ground floor as well as first floor.Though they have a toilet facilities, no signs are clearly seen.
They have the lovely fabric but some of the staff are VERY rude. Have no zero customs service skills. we asked to be served but have been ignored a few times, and that particle staff member was serving other people but not us. WEnt to Ask why we were being served but the staff member shouted at me and told me to go and wait with a very bad attitude! So I complained about the attitude of a staff member but no one cared and he started talking in Urdu and started calling us names the staff member assumed I didn't understand Urdu. I complained to the manager but he didn't really care and he said " I apologize on behalf of the company.. happy?" So disappointed for such a big company to have staff with such low level of customer service and bad manners.
A good variety of cloth on 2 floors with parking at the back for 60p per hour.
Nice plus affordable price for everyone... So many options to choose from...
Nice place to get loose material for everyday where and fancy clothes for weddings too.
Good collection but mostly unsewn cloth
There are two Aziz Textile stores near each other... One sells the latest designs and the other store sells materials that have been left over at a cheaper price, making it more value for money. Stores are always packed at weekends. They do not sell ready to wear clothes but loose materials. Staff are friendly.
