I have chosen a large price of material fur to be exact. When the material came it was exactly as it was described. The only problem was I had made the wrong choice. Faced with this problem which was entirely my fault, I phoned the company and explained what I had done. They said that because of my honesty they would allow me to return it. Because they were so nice about it I have chosen to swap the material for another rather than getting my money back. I feel this a genuinely people friendly company, and I intend to go to them as my first choice in future.

We urgently required flame retardant black fabric for completion of a job. KBT were quick to respond and got us a roll of the required cloth out in a dedicated van next day. Not only was it a Saturday but also a bank holiday weekend. But no problem for KBT! Prices were excellent and speed and efficiency of service were equally outstanding. They then went the extra mile - delivery was not possible to the designated shopping centre due to protests that Saturday - so instead of just turning back as all other suppliers would do - they phoned our site contact and not only delivered the fabric to his hotel but to his hotel ROOM! - truly amazing. I would give ten stars if I could. I will definitely be placing future orders.

I was doing some googking as wanted to see fleece and different fabrics instead of ordering offline I came across these Went today and was greeted by very friendly and helpful guys We even chatted about rats to one of the lovely men here Will be visting alot as theres so much fleece and different fabrics to choose from and very resonable priced to Thank you fot making my vist a veey friendly one
rubbish rubbish never ever order anything from KBT Ltd. We ordered black fabric which aparently looks black on their website and we recived a green colour fabric. Extremly Poor service ....not ready to listen to customer impolite staff...had they suggested us that their black is green we woudnt have bought it.. they refuse to replace it despite the fact that all online products can be sent back
